I have a three month old baby, but instead of buying the 3-6 month onesies, I ordered a size bigger so they would be extra comfortable and he would wear them longer. These fit him now, but just barely, and he can still wear some 0-3 months. I ordered some more from another company (the ones from Lovable Friends) and they look true to size, so if you're going to buy these, buy at least two sizes bigger. It's hard to believe in Gerber, my 3 month old would wear no less than 12 months! He's really not that big!
